2. Techtools® will consign full version boxed copies of Techtool Pro 5 dependant on your expected monthly sales. This saves the reseller costly extra freight charges

3. When a sale is made the reseller will order an allocation key that then they assign to their customer.  A pricing guide will be sent once the application is approved.

4. Our auto stock keeping system adjusts resellers inventory and resends after confirming with the purchasing officer.

Terms of Consignment

Techtools® understands the costs that resellers face when holding pre-paid/account software in stock and also understands that resellers MISS OUT on providing software solutions to its customers. Techtool Pro has been an important utility for Mac owners for over 15 years and is an essential tool for mac users. For this reason Techtools® is offering its resellers the opportunity to provide Techtool Pro to their customers at no upfront cost or risk to the reseller. Techtools® Australia NEW Patent-Pending Soft Distribution System (SDS) allows resellers the opportunity to hold quantity stock on their shelves with NO upfront cost. The system automatically tracks sales and stock levels and automatically updates new stock. The reseller simply places a standard purchase order and a unique allocation key is provided to the reseller via email in real time. The key is then registered by the customer and activates the software. Techtools® Australia reserves the right to ask for stock to be returned at the cost of the reseller within 7 days of written notice. This offer is subject to approval by Techtools® Australia

Simple Terms To Agree On

The reseller must agree to present the package in a retail environment. If a customer cannot see the product they do not get the opportunity to purchase.  In some instances resellers do not have a retail presence instead do have requests for maintenance packages.  In this instance Techtools® Australia request that you simply give the customer a choice of solution. By having the software made readily available to the reseller we are saving you upfront costs and costly multiple freight bills for ordering only on requests. There have been many occassions where Techtools® representatives have sent customers to a reseller to purchase the package and to be told they were out of stock.  With the new Techtool Pro distribution system resellers will always have stock available at no capital risk.
