Refund Policy
The Following Terms and Conditions Apply

1. You MUST obtain a Return Authorization (RA) before returning items. Please
e-mail returns@techtools.com.au or call 1300 761 466 to speak with a
Customer Service Representative to obtain an RA number. We cannot
accept returns without an RA. All returns for defective merchandise, or
incorrectly shipped items, are returnable at our cost. Please call Customer
Service to obtain a FREE Shipping Return Merchandise Authorization
(FSRMA).

2. Electronic items must be returned in their original packaging. You must
include with the return all manuals, accessories and parts to obtain a full
refund. Replacement cost of any missing items will be deducted from your
credit.

3. If you wish to return an unopened product your merchandise must be sent within 14 days of
your receipt. No collect shipments will be accepted. We will ship a
replacement product or refund your money, whichever you prefer.
Merchandise returns of large items that must be shipped by freight or that are
custom-made will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Working items that have been opened
may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.There will be a 15% restocking fee on returned items
unless they were defective or were shipped incorrectly. Techtools® will not provide a refund or
replace a product that has been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed or serviced. It is
the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all instructions and advice or warnings given by
the manufacturer or supplier are followed. All items must be returned in their original product packaging.
While you may be responsible for shipping the item back to us, we will cover the cost of return shipping to you.


4. We request that you ship returns via Australia Post; we will advise you of the
correct address. If you must ship by a carrier other than Australia Post, call us
at 1300 761 466 before you ship. To protect yourself against loss or damage
in shipping, we recommend that you insure the product(s) for their full value.

5. Due to copyright issues, opened software cannot be returned. Please verify
your system requirements prior to opening the packaging.
Note: Electronic equipment that has been installed, scratched or abused will not be
accepted for return or credit.

Our Liability

Our maximum aggregate liability for any Product supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or
otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the Product(s) in question.
