WiFi Walker 802.11b/g is a WiFi finder & also an 802.11b/g wireless encrypted LAN USB adapter. This amazing device is used for detecting wireless hotspots and to also act as a wireless adapter. (allows you to login and use the Internet.) The backlit LCM display shows detailed information from a list of wireless hotspot networks available in your location. E.g Cafes-airports-open and closed networks. No battery is necessary because its built-in rechargeable Li-Polymer battery recharges each time FA-1200G (power-on) is plugged into any USB port.

This means you can not only sniff out a signal, you just have to plug this 2-in-1 gizmo into your laptop and, voila, you're connected immediately to the 802.11g network. (Ideal for older laptops that do not have an existing wirless card built-in. An LCM display conveniently displays detailed information from a list of hotspots detected, while a rechargeable Lithium-polymer battery juices up everytime you plug into any USB port, eliminating the need for a battery. Righteous! FA-1200G WiFi Walker detects 802.11b/g signals and displays signal strength and encryption status on a backlit, three-line LCD screen. It comes with an embedded rechargeable battery that can be charged through a USB port. It can also function as an 802.11b/g wireless LAN USB adapter.

The backlit LCD display shows detailed information from a list of wireless hotspot networks, encryption, SSID, Security status, AP number and battery status of the networks that are detected.

The FA-1200G WiFi Walker features a stylish design and a detachable cap. It displays the number of unencrypted and encrypted APs during detecting process. It measures 14x28.5x91mm and supports multichannel searching. FA-1200G is designed to comply with IEEE 802.11g Wireless LAN standard, which acts as a wireless network adapter suitable for any laptop or desktop computer.

FA-1200G supports 64/128/256-bit WEP data encryption that protects your wireless connection from unauthroized acess. (Don't get hacked whilst you are surfing at your favorite internet cafe or even when at home). It also supports WPA (Wi-Fi Protected Access) and WPA2 that combines IEEE 802.1x and TKIP (Temporal Key Integrity Protocol) technologies. Client users are required to authorize before accessing to APs or AP Routers, and the data transmitted in the network is encrypted/decrypted by a dynamically changed secret key. This adapter has built-in AES engine which ensure the highest degree of security and authenticity for digital information and it is the most advanced solution defined by IEEE 802.11i for the security in the wireless network.
